I ate very well on the plan! I have lost my craving for sweets. Afternoon snacks are now veggies and hummus, yogurt with cinnamon, hard boiled egg, and nuts-that kind of thing. Is exercise part of the Detox?

You certainly can exercise if you’ve been doing it all along, however, exercise isn’t part of the Detox nor is it required. If you haven’t been exercising you may want to hold off until the Detox is complete so you can focus on the Detox only.
 

Is the Detox budget friendly or will I have to spend a lot of money on expensive ingredients?

 

The Detox is simple & the ingredients are common and affordable. 

What If I Have Special Dietary Needs?

 

This program is gluten-free and can be modified for vegetarians & food allergies/sensitivities (please contact Stacey for more information on this before purchasing).

Can I do the Detox for less or more than 14 days? 

14 Days is the recommended “sweet spot”. It’s the right amount of time to stop the cravings & begin new habits, however, you can go shorter or longer at your own discretion. This Detox isn’t dangerous and you can stay on it as long as you’d like.

 

What Results Might I Expect From This Detox?

 

Although results vary and this is not a guarantee of results, previous participants in the Detox have experienced an average weight loss of 5 pounds.
