Q: How do I know which Sugar Breakthrough Plan is right for me?

A: There’s 2 level of support to choose from: Group Plan (includes live weekly group coaching so you can get questions answered, be part of a community of women with the same goals & the Sugar Breakthrough Online Plan which is the digital, self paced version. They’re both based on the same healthy food plan but the difference is the level of support you desire

Q: What day and time are the video conference call meetings and how long are the meetings?

A: This schedule changes based on member requests and upon joining you’ll receive a schedule of current meeting days/times. All calls are recorded for your convenience. Meetings are approximately 45 minutes- 1 hour

Q: Is the diet plan hard; will I be hungry?

A: No! The diet plan is simple and delicious and there’s plenty of satisfying food & fun recipes! You can get support to personalize the  program to suit your taste & lifestyle. 

Q: What if I’m not on Facebook, can I still join Sugar Breakthrough?

A: Since Facebook is the hub of the Sugar Breakthrough Group program, if you don’t want to be on Facebook or dislike computer technology then the Sugar Breakthrough Online Program is best for you.
